Financing Statement As most plastic surgery is considered elective and not covered by medical insurance, payment for all procedures is due two weeks prior to surgery. Financing is available through the American Society of Plastic Surgery. West Virginia Plastic Surgery accepts Visa and MasterCard. Office Hours and Registration Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a lunch break from noon to 1 p.m. Patients are asked to bring all appropriate records including x-rays, MRI's and previous pathology and operative reports from their referring physicians. We also request that you come a half hour prior to your first appointment to register. Pre-registration packets are usually sent prior to your initial visit and should be filled out entirely prior to your arrival. Please be on time for your appointment as we try to accommodate everyone's schedule by keeping to the schedule as originally committed. However, there are times that emergencies do occur and we will make every attempt to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your next appointment. Prescription Refills Prescription refills will be handled only during working hours and not on weekends. Emergency calls will be routed after hours to (304) 624-2121.
